Coach Evaluation Survey - 2009 season
As part of an ongoing program to improve the level of coaching and provide valuable training tools for our coaches, we are pleased to launch a new Coach Evaluation process.
This anonymous, online survey allows you to provide valuable feedback about your CYBSA experience this season. It is a very valuable tool in helping us provide a strong and positive experience for all the children involved in the program.
Please take a minute and complete this survey. You can find your team and coach listed by league below. Simply click on the league name, select a coach and complete the survey. If you cannot find your coach (the list is of all registered coaches) as some assistant coaches joined after the season began, please select the General Survey link at the bottom of the league pages, note the name of the coach and complete the survey.
Individual results will not be published or distributed. The CYBSA board of directors, more specifically a named sub-committee on Coach Development, will review the results and use this input when creating plans for next season.
