Scholarships
CYBSA SCHOLARSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT
The Cohasset Youth Baseball & Softball Association is pleased to announce that it will offer four $1,000 scholarships for academic year 2010 to graduating high school seniors who are former members of the CYBSA, and who still reside in Cohasset. The scholarship winners are selected on the basis of academic achievement, a commitment to baseball/softball, service to community, and the submission of an essay of not more than 500 words titled “What Little League Baseball/Softball Meant to Me.” Interested candidates should consult with their school guidance office for further details.
CYBSA SCHOLARSHIP SELECTION CRITERIA
The CYBSA scholarships shall be awarded annually to graduating high school seniors who are former members of the CYBSA, and who still reside in Cohasset. The scholarship winners are selected on the basis of academic achievement, a commitment to baseball/softball, service to community, and the submission of an essay of not more than 500 words titled “What Little League Baseball/Softball Meant to Me.”
The CYBSA will award four scholarships for the 2010 academic year, each in the amount of $1,000.
