Baseball Rules

Cohasset Youth Baseball and Softball Association require all our members/participants to read and follow the rules pertaining to the division they participate in.   

CYBSA baseball leagues follow the Little League International (Williamsport) Rulebook, as supplemented by CYBSA Local Rules.  Please note that revised sets of Local Rules are in place effective the 2007 season.  All coaches should review and be familiar with the Rules as revised.  Most notably, the Major League and American League baseball division Rules, and in a more limited way, the National League Rules, now incorporate the CYBSA Pitch Count Rules and Procedures as well, implementing the new mandatory Williamsport pitch count rules.
